The thing is that the "bonus" levels are spoilers, because they are based on what happened after you won, or if you had taken a certain path (so I'm told, haven't ever played the game yet). "Ultimate Sith Edition" is just TFU with all the downloadable content added, plus a Hoth level. The extra levels you play as separate missions, where apparently you have a fully powered up character (don't have to start from scratch earning everything).
