I have been told the name from him, (letters RWT) and I think I know the combination (monkey Banana Monkey) but I get Medical Records. The pattern doesn't have anything to do with initals because the name changes each time you play a new game. So I'm assuming that Dave has told you the name. I'll give you a hint . . . . . . .the last 2 symbols are the same but the first one is different. if you go through each pattern starting with the bunny and try every combination with the last 2 symbols the same, you'll get it.
