JKA "Not a JPEG file: starts with 0x73 0x68"

So just bought JKA from direct2drive as part of a cheap bundle. Downloaded and installed. Booted it up and get this in that log:

I use a Dell precision m65, OS is vista, gfx card Quadro FX 350M.

 

I checked device drivers via nVidias website and the automatic update feature in vista, both said driver was up to date.
