Online problem!

[Jedi Master Revan]

I made an account some months back and back then and now, i cannot get online, because i have an invalid cd key. Then when i try to make a new account it keeps saying that my password does not match my email address.

 

 

EDIT: i have looked through the recent four pages in here and have found a few similar threads, that have had either no success or no answers.
