funky monkeys

I've used the paintbrush and the grog in the Lua Bar, but always end up getting thrown out of the kitchen after I douse the flames. Is the flour sack or mouse important? Any HINTS would help.

.......THANKS, I figured it out. My timing has to be perfect, so as to place the flaming scuttlefish in front of the painting.
