Kotor Tool .Bif and .Uti Problem

Well, my problem is simple. Surely you all know that Kotor Tool sometimes gives an error with three options: Details, Continue and Quit. Well, I have got a massive problem with it. Each time I open KT, it cannot read my .bif files. And when I try to open .uti editor, the same error but with another text shows up. I cannot even see my .bif files! But KT's another features are working perfect. If you have any idea why is this happening and is there a fix or not, post here.
