Tapdance problem

You know when you're in the spacesuit on the outside of peragus,well the animation of the pc walking is really lame, it looks like he's tapdancing across the platform, I think when they made tsl, they a similiar animation like underwater on manaan, and sped it up, can someone make a mod to fix that.
