According to the strategy book I'm supposed to play the music box for Deadeye Dave & whilst he's listening to that go over to the baskets of prostheses to the left of the window & pick up the hand which, I later use to help the performing Termites to escape. My problem? Every time I try to get to the prosthetic hand the music stops before I can get to it & Dave says something about having seen me & hopes that I'm going to pay for it. Do I have to do something else before I use the music box or does this mean I've completely missed something earlier?
Mr. Cheese Posted July 21, 2001 Posted July 21, 2001 Aarrghh! Make sure you play the box on the counter. Guybrush will ask "Dave?" Then make sure he doesn't respond. Then take the hand.
