Install Problems

I just bought the gold pack starwars empire at war and when i wanted to install the game i get this in my screen Please insert the EAW Gold pack DVD to continue, but the game is already inside and i didnt make any mistake with putting it into the wrong cd reader.

 

I would like to hear an opinion from u guys about the situation,

Why dont i get any answers on my question its pretty strange that an game from 4 years ago have problems with installing thats an shame i tryed to download it manually and i fixed that but get the same message if i try running the game can someone solve this?
