Can't get clock, looking for help

Heya all, great board here. I think I may be in trouble. I didn't think you could do something to permanently screw up the game in MI, but I think I may have.

 

When "taunting" the chess players, I did the fat guy maybe twice, and then switched to the skinny guy until I couldn't anymore. Now they are calling each other names and throwing chess pieces in the water, but I can't take the clock, and I can't talk to them anymore. I'm afraid I didn't complete the sequence right, but I can't find a way to go back and do it.

 

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
