feat.2da, enabling Scoundrel's Luck

I'm trying to allow the Scoundrel's Luck feat to be able to be chosen by any class. I've been able to enable it so that it can be chosen at level up, but it doesn't give the +def bonus.

 

Is this a known bug, or does it tie in with some other .2da that I need to modify?

 

EDIT: Poking around, I've found that the feat doesn't actually grant the bonus defence, nor does the Jedi Sense line. What they probably do is just reference acbonus.2da and grant you a feat that only has the description in it so you know that you have it.

 

That said, is there any way to add defence via feats?
