Need a little bit help in Grim Fandango

I'm having a bit trouble in Rubacava.I can't seem to get Glottis out of that gambling institution in the High Roller's Lounge.Second,where can I get some tools to Glottis?And about that union card,I can't find it.I've tried to talk to everyone in the city,but no help.

I've talked to the bees about the tools,but no help.They called me a topsider.I've seen some busy bees,but nothing in the inventory works.I've found the hidden roulette controls in the second stage,but I hear only the roulette keeper speaking French.But when I take the elevator down to the wine cellar,I notice a hidden hallway.Is this something important?And about that briefcase with money,I've found some notes about a stolen briefcase with the initials H.L(Hector LeMans maybe?)I searched the dock,but no help.what shall I do?

the following is a hint

 

those bees just need the right words.........what they need is a book

the story of you and how your with the freedom fighters combined with some proof that you are with them would be a good bar story...........it would win you alot of respect

 

 

and the secret room in the elvator is important....but only if you want to get past rubavaca, hehehehe
