Remove Juhani mod?

I'm kind of new to modding. I could probably stop Juhani from joining the party, but I kind of want Vandar to skip the part where he says she's joining, just so that it makes sense story-wise. Would this be possible to do, without having Vandar sadface about her dying? Could someone walk me through it?
