kohli Posted December 19, 2000 Share Posted December 19, 2000 Hi, I am experiencing problems with the speech in the game. The quality is very bad, with a lot of static. The voices in the cut scenes sound fine, but as soon as I get the control over Guybrush I can barely understand him. (and all other characters) I am using a Sound Blaster Live 1024 on a Pentium III 500 System and just installed new Sound Blaster drivers and the 1.1 Patch, which did not help. Does anyone experience similar problems and knows what to do? The game is really not much fun with such poor voices.
