Yes and no. No, there won't be any more buildings you can build in the campaigns (except the advanced turrets and such in tech level 4). However, there will be lots of mission-specific buildings (the Ion cannon on Hoth, Gungan underwater buildings, etc.) that appears in campaigns and hopefully (and certainly ;)) in the scenario editor.
