keeping the faith Posted March 3, 2001 Posted March 3, 2001 After Guybrush learning monkey combat from the monkey princess on the back half of the monkey island, it kept kicking me back to window98 everytime I met the monkey running back and forth on the narrow road on the map! Is it a bug???Somebody please help!!!I'm stuck on Monkey Island!!!!
keeping the faith Posted March 7, 2001 Author Posted March 7, 2001 I can't avoid them 'cos I haven't combatted with Jojo and yeah, I meant the monkey prince( don't know why I always think "he" is she! Sorry Jojo! ) And here comes a good news, my problem has been solved yesterday!! Guess how I worked it out? After feeling depressed and looking every relative websites for answers madly for days and even calling to EA who said my driver is too old or somethig like that, I decided to play the game all over again. Thanks God, it worked!!! I escaped from monkey island!!! Anyway, thanks you guys' replies. I trully suggest people who meet the same problem try to replay the game from their earlier saved ones and thoes who haven't bought this game---GO BUY IT NOW FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!
