Black Screen Glitch

I'm on Nar Shaada, and the game keeps going to a black screen during a conversation cutscene, and I can't continue with the game unless I can find a way to get rid of it.

It's the part where Atton calls you back to Ebon Hawk to show you the invitiation from Visquis, to meet in the Jek Jek Tar Bar or something.

 

I've tried:

-Windowed Mode

-Disabling sound & movies

-Changing to lower graphics

 

But nothing works. The black screen keeps popping up.

 

I'm running on Windows Vista.
