I have downloaded patch 1.1, have PC settings to max, exited, re-booted... think I have tried all possible avenues but my PC still locks up when I go to access my inventory to open up the gate in the swamp. My only way of exit is ALT-TAB and "End Task" in Task Manager. I know from troubleshoot notes it's not good to do. I don't have any previously saved state of play. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME OUT SOON AS I WAS HOPING TO HAVE A GOOD WEEKEND OF PIRATE-ING! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
brief Posted June 22, 2001 Share Posted June 22, 2001 Try chaning some of your EMI settings, and failing that, uninstall the game, run ScanDisk, reboot, then reinstall the game. Also make sure you have the latest drivers for all of your hardware, as well as the latest version of DirectX. ------------------ As a computer, I find your faith in technology amusing.
