I dropped the cymbals in front of the monkey after this and got the accordian. I then threw the accordian at Herman but he won't talk to me. All he says is WHO...and HEH. Even if I don't throw anything at him and then try to talk to him he keeps saying WHO...and HEH. So I think it must be a bug, because I know what to do but it just won't let me.
