What a have to do with this Grog man

I dont know what to do with the man that drinks Grog (the fat one in the little house). Also i dont have costume (how do i get it?) i do have the invitation

And yes, you have to cheat against the grog drinker. The stuff he brings you is a little strong for your tastes...
