Guybrush actually probably wouldn't.

 

Guybrush is intellectual property of LucasArts Entertainment Company. Due to the fact that LEC likes money, and lots of it, I believe Guybrush would not be in favor of losing a dime.

 

But yes, he is a pirate. Grr.

and if LEC loses money because of piracy, he would get paid less to appear in the games...

well he must not get paid well in the first place, so he has to be a pirate, and being a pirate would support piracy.

Piracy is pretty common around here.

 

I saw a pirated version of EMI, and on the back cover (I think it was made by the software pirates) it said:
