Crashed while zoning, now the game won't start

I have put in about 20 hours with few problems.

The only problematic things I may have done were installing an HD mod, official patches, the restored content, and messed with the resolution on fullscreen.

Then I played (an amazing) 20 hours without a problem. I was in Iziz zoning to the Market area, and it crashed (Not responding, this program is...).

That had happened before, I shrugged it off, restarted the game, and then it crashed after the intro videos.

Tried a few more times, still didn't work.

Googled it, tried a few things (deleted the videos, ran in compatibility mode XP SP2, and updated drivers) and still nothing.

I'm super addicted, and want to get back in! Anything else I can try?

 

Windows 7, 8GB RAM, lots of video card and i5 processor.
