i'm at act 1 (still!!) I follow the walkthru untill it says I have to pick up the government paper and let Elen sign it, than it says I have to talk with her. But when I put the signed government paper in my inventory I try to talk with her (pressing the talk button which would be 'U')and he wont talk to her, he will say..."nah I think there is something in our merriage that vows about that") please. I am so ****ed at this, will you please help me, I wonder if this is just a game glitch or I haven't done something that doesn't show in the walkthru!

thank you

alright you silly child, think about this for a moment... U = use. So essentially you are telling Guybrush to "use Elaine" his reply is meant to be a joke. After you pick up the *cushy* government document (look on the dresser thingy for this) Take it to Elaine (document still in hand) and the command "Use Cushy Gov't Document With Elaine" should apear at the bottom. use the [page down] button until this is highlighted and press enter. tada, that is about as thorough as it gets without me making a trip to your house and doing it for you.

Excuse me, fellow swashbuckler, but what does "mmm" stand for?

If it's mrmonkeyman, I have a friend who'll be sending lawyers to your abode.

But enough of that.

U = Use

P = Pick up

I = Indentify.

See?

Not so hard.

Murray: I shall stride through the gates of hell grasping your head!

Guybrush: Stride?

Murray: A...alright, ROLL! ROLL through the gates of hell! Must you question everything?
