how do i get meat hooks painting

i need to get meat hooks wax painting from the lua bar on. i have tried to stop the boat thing with the paint brush when the fire comes round but it does not work

u need the grog from the ship yard so when u stop the boat directly under the painting u go into the kitchen and use it with the boiler

I'll be more clear:

Get a paintbrush from Meathook

order the flaming dish at the LUA bar

use the paintbrush on the mechanism just as the burning ship p***es the pole before the painting,

then go in the kitchen and use the grog on the sushi boat heat something (can't remember its name).
