Tull Posted February 20, 2001 Share Posted February 20, 2001 Well the rollercoaster in MI3 was explained as LeChuck had hollwed the tunnels out to make the rollercoaster. In fact, hell was still there, you can see it in the cutscenes. The robot's not so easy to explain. Maybe the mechanism is some roller coaster leftover... but a left over mechanism that turns the monkey into a big robot? In my movie script for MI4 (which will have all such plot holes explained away) the robot is explained as having been built by LeChuck. He planned to use it to terrorise the carribbean.
