Wood Shavings in Bottle

Hi,

 

Without going through thousands of messages on this board, I figured it would be easier to just ask, if anyone know how to get the wood shavings in the homemade bottle of spritzer? I added the fountain water, fish bait water, puddle water and the flower, but can't figure out how to get the wood shavings from my inventory into the bottle?! Please help!

 

As you can tell, I'm new at the game and going step by step lol. Thanks!
