The Alderaans (although they could be some kind of AoK Byzantine civ, but we've already got Naboo which functions as the "peaceful civilisation" ). The Correlians (although they could be a 90% trading civilisation: Trade ships are avaible earlier and they have a cloaked transport as their unique unit. They get a compliment of trade bonuses.
