Guest Gold Squadron Leader
My wrist traction was finally removed last Friday afternoon after six and a half weeks and I have started rehab to get may mobility back. I still have to wear a wrist support some of the time, especially at night, but it feels great to have the heavy metal removed and no more steel rods protruding. It was starting to really itch around them. A day before I had the support removed, I tried playing RS to see if I could grip the joystick OK. Guess what, I found that I could! It was a little painful, but I was still able to take down an AT-AT or two in a Snow Speeder. Tight dogfights with Tie Interceptors are beyond me still, but I will try again in a week after I exercise the wrist and get it to loosen up some. Hope to be 100% by Christmas! See you in the skies, Rogues! Better watch out ties! ------------------ Ties are flies, swat'em!
Guest Rogue15
hey, glad your wrist is getting better. I hope you have a joystick with wrist support, i had an older one, and one time i was playing tie fighter, and my wrist was aching so bad, and i didn't quit playing, then when i got done, my wrist felt like it was numb! Just a warning, don't overdo it.
