Guest LukA_YJK
Dear STAR WARS: ROGUE SQUADRON fans ! [PART IV See === Hey, Rogues ! === [3] for Previous Part] <U>Brave GOLD SQUADRON members !</U> Good work ! We already discovered <BIG>3</BIG> unknown passcodes never released ! The Force is with you, Rogue15 Nice CHIPPIE shot ! The revised version of RogueSpy with some important notes is now available at the DOWNLOADS page at http://rogue.squadron.tripod.com ! [Gold Squad Leader] Keep up the good work ! Thank you very much for support ! I want to assure you that RogueSpy can not corrupt the game as you hinted at, because it is only slightly modified Bundle.002 But you forgot my remark that some passcodes disable each other. For example AAAABDBOHP, CHIPPIE, CHICKEN, and CREDITS, also AAAAFNPDYJ and GOODGUYTIE (actually this strange couple overwrites each other). Hence it is possible to miss a passcode during a long checking process if the second founded passcode disables the first one But as I said, looking into the player profile you can see all passcodes once entered there, so if you did not watch whole of the checking process then look into the player profile file appropriate to the Test Player... As you noticed scanning will get MUCH longer time for longer strings So we will need MUCH more pilots to win this LAST BATTLE and need to organize it somehow. Maybe the best solution is a web-site where every pilot can register and automatically get the last available mission and report about results ? Unfortunately I am not strong enough for now... Good luck and May the Force be with you ! LukA_YJK from Baku http://rogue.squadron.tripod.com

Guest Rogue9
I found two codes with but I still don't know what they do they are WOOKIYRWMW NDAAFXWSFQ These are from when I screwed up and searched for 10 letter variants. ------------------ ----------------------Leader of 3 Flight "If you only new the Power of the Dark Si...NeverMind"
Guest LukA_YJK
Dear GOLD SQUADRON pilots ! Nice work ! Already <BIG>7</BIG> new passcodes ! Thank you very much also for bringing the Forum back to life ! [Rogue15] I read your ideas about new utilities and I will try to realize them as soon as I can. The game's interface elements are stored in Bundle files, not in .dll files and I could extract some of them. Now I have a couple of questions: Are there CONTINUE, OK buttons and radio-buttons in the N64 version ? What Luke (which doesn't appear in the PC version) did you mean ? Actually there is a picture of Luke with R2-D2 on X-wing in the PC version ! My RogueScr screensaver shows it. There is also a snap of developers team and I suppose that there may be passcodes for these pictures. [Gold Squad Leader] There is not a mistake in the RogueSpy. Simply you discovered twin passcodes which overwrite each-other and do same thing. Here is the table of PC Passcodes listed in the order using in player profiles. The second column is the twin passcodes : 1. WIMPAMI [x] --- --- --- 3. WOOKIEPELT [x] PKDWXE 4. GOODGUYTIE [x] AAAAFNPDJY --- --- 7. FORCEWIZ [x] --- --- --- 12. CREDITS [?] --- 13. CHIPPIE [?] --- --- --- 15. WOOKIYRWMW [?] AAAABDBOHP 16. CHICKEN [x] --- --- --- 20. MAESTRO [x] --- 21. DIRECTOR [x] --- --- --- 23. IAMDOLLY [x] --- --- --- 25. TOUGHGUY [x] --- 26. --- [?] NDAAFXWSFQ --- --- 29. OOMPAWAMPA [x] --- --- --- 31. USEDAFORCE [?] FSSRNB --- --- 34. GUNDARK [x] --- 35. LEIAWRKOUT [x] --- The bold ones are recently discovered by GOLD SQUADRON, others are well-known long time ago. Maybe some passcodes are tricky (as Rogue15 supposed) like HALIFAX in N64 version. As you see there are big gaps and unknown passcodes to discover here, so... Good luck and May the Force be with you ! Guest Rogue15
yeah that luke, but i can never find him. I'm not sure about the radio buttons, if you mean the continue and game over screen where it shows the stuff like enemies destroyed, etc, then yes the n64 version has that. Guest LukA_YJK
Dear STAR WARS: ROGUE SQUADRON fans ! Congratulations ! The Forum is livening up ! A lot of recruits joined and old pilots returned back ! I forgot the time when topics for last 5 days can not find room in one page ! [Gold Squad Leader] Already <BIG>9</BIG> new passcodes ! Thank you and other pilots for keeping the good work up ! I don't know what ANQANZB is, but NAKASGMQ is the twin of TOUGHGUY. Perhaps these twin passcodes are encoded instructions, rather than meaningless bunch of letters ? Factor5 already published all N64 passcodes on their web-site, but they don't say anything about PC passcodes. Regarding FORCEWIZ this passcode was already released sometime ago and there is even a topic (October 23 2000) about it... [Rogue15] The CONTINUE and OKEY buttons look like the other buttons in Roster (QUIT, CREATE) except the labels of course. The radio buttons are controls you oftenly use for example when you choose an option in Windows Shutdown dialog. I asked you about existence of these elements in N64 version because I found them in the PC version data files, but they don't appear in game ! <TABLE border=0> <TR><TD>No.</TD><TD>Passcode</TD><TD>Twin passcode</TD><TD>Effect</TD></TR><TR><TD>1.</TD><TD>WIMPAMI</TD><TD>---</TD><TD>Unlocks all regular levels</TD></TR><TR><TD></TD><TD>---</TD><TD>---</TR><TD>---</TD></TR><TR><TD>3.</TD><TD>WOOKIEPELT</TD><TD>PKDWXE</TD><TD>Unlocks Millennium Falcon</TD></TR><TR><TD>4.</TD><TD>GOODGUYTIE</TD><TD>AAAAFNPDJY</TD><TD>Activates TIE-Interceptor</TD></TR><TR><TD></TD><TD>---</TD><TD>---</TR><TD>---</TD></TR><TR><TD>7.</TD><TD>FORCEWIZ</TD><TD>---</TD><TD>Activates high vulnerability mode</TD></TR><TR><TD></TD><TD>---</TD><TD>---</TR><TD>---</TD></TR><TR><TD>10.</TD><TD>---</TD><TD>ANQANZB</TD><TD>---</TD></TR><TR><TD></TD><TD>---</TD><TD>---</TR><TD>--- </TD></TR><TR><TD>12.</TD><TD>CREDITS</TD><TD>---</TD><TD>---</TD></TR><TR><TD>13.</TD><TD>CHIPPIE</TD><TD>---</TD><TD>---</TD></TR><TR><TD></TD><TD>---</TD><TD>---</TR><TD>---</TD ></TR><TR><TD>15.</TD><TD>WOOKIYRWMW</TD><TD>AAAABDBOHP</TD><TD>---</TD></TR><TR><TD>16.</TD><TD>CHICKEN</TD><TD>---</TD><TD>Activates AT-ST</TD></TR><TR><TD></TD><TD>---</TD><TD>---</TR><TD>---</TD></TR><TR><TD>20.</TD><TD>MAESTRO</TD><TD>---</TD><TD>Activates Sound Themes menu in High Scores</TD></TR><TR><TD>21.</TD><TD>DIRECTOR</TD><TD>---</TD><TD>Activates Cutscenes menu in High Scores</TD></TR><TR><TD></TD><TD>---</TD><TD>---</TR><TD>---</TD></TR><TR><TD>23.</TD><TD>IAMDOLLY</TD><TD>---</TD><TD>Activates unlimited lives mode</TD></TR><TR><TD></TD><TD>---</TD><TD>---</TR><TD>---</TD></TR><TR><TD>25.</TD><TD>TOUGHGUY</TD><TD>NAKASGMQ</TD><TD>Activates all powerups</TD></TR><TR><TD>26.</TD><TD>---</TD><TD>NDAAFXWSFQ</TD><TD>---</TD></TR><TR><TD></TD><TD>---</TD><TD>---</TR><TD>---</TD></TR><TR><TD>29.</TD><TD>OOMPAWAMPA</TD><T D>---</TD><TD>Unlocks all secret levels</TD></TR><TR><TD></TD><TD>---</TD><TD>---</TR><TD>---</TD></TR><TR><TD>31.</TD><TD>USEDAFORCE</TD><TD>FSSRNB</TD><TD>---</TD></TR><TR><TD></TD><TD>---</TD><TD>---</TR ><TD>---</TD></TR><TR><TD>34.</TD><TD>GUNDARK</TD><TD>---</TD><TD>Activates force feedback control for joystick</TD></TR><TR><TD>35.</TD><TD>LEIAWRKOUT</TD><TD>---</TD><TD>Changes force feedback control for joystick</TD></TR></TABLE> Good luck and May the Force be with you ! Guest Rogue15
you mean the up and down buttons? they probably are in the n4 version. Also in n64 version, there is a new menu activated by one of the cheat codes. I haven't been playing it in a while (i've been making this mots level and playing the phantom menace). Guest LukA_YJK
Dear Friends ! Glad to "see" you all again ! Hey, even our Supreme Allied pilots returned back at last... [Gold Squad Leader] Greetings, Commander ! What news about Passcodes ? Please, open the Player Profile file appropriate to your Testing Player in the standard Notepad program and see did you miss some passcode during the long scanning... [Rogue15] Please check this images I mentioned before: This is Luke http://rogue.squadron.tripod.com/_temp/luke.jpg This is the buttons http://rogue.squadron.tripod.com/_temp/contnue.jpg http://rogue.squadron.tripod.com/_temp/okey.jpg This is the radio button: Unchecked http://rogue.squadron.tripod.com/_temp/radio.jpg Checked http://rogue.squadron.tripod.com/_temp/radion.jpg This is the Kyle II Spaceport: Did you see this elements in N64 version. Repeat. I found them in PC version, but they don't appear in the game. So maybe there is a hidden (by some passcode) page, I supose an internal player editor ? Keep your eyes open and May the Force be with you ! Guest Rogue15
the only one in the n64 version is the first one, with luke by his x-wing. the rest i haven't seen in n64 version.

Guest LukA_YJK
Good news, [Rogue15] ! Maybe my supposition about hidden menu page in PC version is right !
