ARRRRGHHHH!!!!! The source of all our problems in codefinding is found!

CREDITS, AAABDBOHP, ANQANZB, WOOKIYRWMW, GAWWHXO, AND GHQKACX ARE ALL THE SAME CODE!!!!!!!!!!!! WE'RE DOOMED!!!!!!!!!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

Well, out of all those codes, one remains, unidentified, and mysterious, i've tried all the known codes to see if it can be replaced, but it still remains. the code is:

NDAAFXWSFQ

I had all the known and workable passcodes entered in the passcode box, and none of them were replaced by it.

Good work! It confuses me why they would have so many passcodes for the same function. We need other Rogues to verify your results. Please keep working on that last code NDAAFXWSFQ to see if it is something new.

I'll keep searching for new ones. I leave my PC at home scanning all day while I am at work. I'm currently scanning range GAAAAAA-GZZZZZZ and it slow going. Takes over 24 hours to scan all combinations for one letter in a 7 character string. But I'll keep plugging along as best as I can.

may i add another code to the credits list? it's chippie. the only n64 codes that are verified through the pc version of rogue squadron are:

Credits

Chippie

Chicken

Toughguy

somehow credits and chippie are the same thing though, this doesn't make sense though, they're totally different codes in the n64 version. So, chippie might still be a good code.

oh man. i found something. i had credits activated, and i typed in chicken, and guess what? it overwrited it. so, i guess those codes can only be entered 1 at a time...

well, my super-fast computer who deserves a million dollars for being fast and not crashing on me found 2 codes so far, i'll let it run all night long looking for the codes that start with the letter E. So far it has found 2:

EAAAABUMFU

EAAAABYCBA

Isn't it weird how alot of these codes have 4 a's after the beginning letter? it's freaky!

I've been working on NDAAFXWSFQ but to no avail. At first I thought it was the same as Toughguy, but upon recheck it failed.

Do you guys think that these "codes" were red herrings thrown into the program to keep people like us busy????

Also, why not keep trying to find out what in the world usedaforce does? I've e-mail factor5, but I don't expect a reply.

Actually it's more likely that they were put in the game as a programmer's "back door" to be able to do something others might disable.

I think the extra codes were programmed in as a way for alien spies from Zeta Reticuli to communicate intelligence back to the mother ship by hiding it in plain sight.

USEDAFORCE is clearly the signal for ground troops to begin landing.

Do I hear something outside?

forcewiz makes the game harder. it increases the accuracy of the enemies (something n64 version DOESN'T do), and it makes it so you're weaker.

well, i let it run for a while, not al night 'cause i was afraid my cpu would overheat, but i left it on for about 2 more hours, and nothing showed. I'll start on the d's later today after i check to see if those codes can be overwritten. yay it's friday!!! woohoo!!!

so, usedaforce is unconfirmed???????? that's interesting. perhaps we can find out what it REALLY does. hey, luka, i know something that you may find of interest.

Those tie fighters on defection at corellia show up on the n64 as tie bombers, unless you use the expansion pack. Perhaps there's a way to change what the enemies are in-game!!!! yay!!! have the at-sts be replaced with at-ats!!!! oh man, that'd be so cool!!!!!!!!
