Guest General_Kioet
I'm trying to get a gold medal on it, but i always run out of time. i tried just going straight through using the s-foils closed, but i only got 9 kills that way (and completed the time in 2:14) the maximum time for gold is 2:45. I beat Wedge in Beggar's Canyon. Every once in a while when i play that, and one of them beats me, when dack says "Whoa! commander you lost, you must be getting rusty!" luke skywalker replied with "Now that's enough dack!" and he sounded ticked too it happened on the n64 version, i haven't heard it yet on the pc version. ------------------ The Dark Side? Guest General_Kioet
Never mind. I beat it after a few thousand tries. i probably used up over 90 ships on it though! I used up about 999 ships on sullest, that level is impossible! i can never meat the time limit requirements! I either don't make the time limit, or don't make the time limit AND the accuracy. i like the y-wing on the pc alot better, twice the firepower since you can rapidly press the f key to fire millions of ion shots. Guest Redwing
I still am having trouble with those levels. I haven't been trying for medals for two months now, so I'm a little behind. But I heard the Naboo fighter is much better for the Trench Run. ------------------ At last we will reveal ourselves to the Jedi. At last we will have revenge. Guest rebel alliance
I don't know how I did it but somehow I got 19 golds without cheats
Guest General_Kioet
I got all golds last night, and no cheats used to get them. My 2nd time, the first was with the n64, now on the pc. There's a path that you have to follow on sullust in order to complete it within the time frame, good thing i had the strategy guide. moff seerdon, i beat him with the v-wing. sullust i used the y-wing, using the naboo is cheating. Guest Redwing
How is using the N-1 cheating, they gave it to you. I started trying for medals again last night. Soon I will destroy you all... ------------------ At last we will reveal ourselves to the Jedi. At last we will have revenge.
Guest General_Kioet
it is too cheating, the rapid fire lasers, fast shield regeneration, better maneuverability than the a-wing, slower than a y-wing when using breaks, faster than the a-wing? that's cheating. Besides, the game crashes when i try to use naboo on pc version for some reason.

Guest Redwing
The A-wing is faster, and because of its small size, harder to hit. Believe me, I've tried both extensively for comparison on Sullust, the ultimate testing ground. Missles hit the N-1 at its top speed, but couldn't come near the A-wing. And my game never crashes, the N-1 must not like you. ------------------ At last we will reveal ourselves to the Jedi. At last we will have revenge. Guest Imladil
The only reasons not to fly an A-wing are because you afraid of A: going fast or B: weaker shields. Only frail little sissie grandmas go around in their flying shopping carts and hide behind shield generators! I say: turn off the dang shields altogether and let velocity be your guardian angel. The Imperial gunner who can even hit an A-wing at full throttle certainly hasn't been programmed into the copy of RS I play on... X-wing=Incom space barge.
