Guest Lujayne
Redwing, it happens in real life war; someone's "character" may get to develop for 18, 25, maybe even 40 years, and then boom, they are just as dead as Lujayne, for just as pointless a reason, and in just as unheroic a way. It doesn't make sense in real life; why try to make it make sense in a book? Just in case any of you were getting confused by the books, the movies, or the games, real war is neither pretty nor exciting. It's not all heroics. Maybe Mike Stackpole was trying to illustrate that?
Guest Redwing
The point of a fiction book is not emulating real life. ------------------ At last we will reveal ourselves to the Jedi. At last we will have revenge.
