Guest ATATwar
I'd definitely ask them if they could put alot of secret ships in there. Levels are great, and codes for infinite lives are fun, but I think the best easter eggs that they can give are secret ships. If it's possible, tell them that when people got all platinums in BFN, and all they got were the AAT and Swamp Speeder, for all the weeks of HARD work... we were extremely mad/dissappointed. Trust me, the more secret ships you put in there, the more people love you guys
Guest ATATwar
And one more thing... I had an idea a couple months ago that you could have done for RS. If they had made a new ship every couple of months, and made it downloadable for the pc, then that would have kept people's interest in it for a long time. The Naboo Starfighter was a great addition, but it seems like you could have added, you know, five or six more ships... and let people download them from the internet. Now see, I don't know if the GameCube will have a hardrive, so I don't know if you'll be able to do that with Rogue Leader. P.s. When the people at the BFN board at GameFaqs saw all the codes released by factor 5, we were mostly dissappointed... we were looking for something like another ship (like I said before), and when all there we saw, were codes for different already playable things like powerups or already unlocked ships... We were again extremely dissappointed/mad.
Guest The Master
I totally have to agree with the extra ships, but how many hidden levels are there going to be? Bak in the original RS, there were three extra levels (if you don't count the chicken level ) I am not saying anything against them, but I would have enjoyed more. Trust us, we love extra levels (and ships.)
Guest Rogue15
I'd much rather see more ships than more levels. perhaps a skirmish setting like in xwing alliance? Now that would get ALOT of attention, especially since all the snobby console gamers (not including the master of course) are scared to get a decent pc to run xwing alliance (best darn game ever!). so include a custom skirmish setting in space. PLEASE!!!! I'm begging you. hearing the freaks at gamefaqs.com begging for the b-wing and space battles is getting annoying, especially since i can enjoy both right on my wonderful pc! Guest ATATwar
I know what you mean... all that yaking about flying in space and getting the B-wing is so annoying. I go to GameFaqs too, but I'm not always begging for that stuff. If they really wanted it, they could just go get a copy of XWA. The thing is, they're to lazy to get it, and just keep whining that they don't have it. By the way... i've been thinking about getting it for a long time, but I'm saving my money for a new tv/gamecube/Rogue Leader. I really don't care whether or not I get to fly the B-wing ... it's just that it is a Star Wars game, and I feel I have a duty to get it. I guess if it's not too much, I could just pick that up... But it better be under $30.

Guest Grand_Admiral_Ice
Rogue Leader is $50, if you were talking about XWA it's $20, but I suggest you buy X-Wing Trilogy instead of XWA alone. ------------------ Save me Geebus! Guest ATATwar
Hey!!! Guess what game I just got for $15 at EB??? XWA!!! Couple questions, this skirmish mode that everyone's talking about... Is that the multiplayer mode??? Do you have to play against other PEOPLE in skirmish mode or can it be just yourself with your own customized mission??? If it isn't the multiplayer mode, how do you get to it??? I'd appreciate it if you could tell me.
Guest Grand_Admiral_Ice
If you got X-Wing Trilogy, you would've gotten XWA, X-Wing, and TIE Fighter for $30, which means $10 per game. Multiplayer is playing on the internet, unless you have DSL or something I would not advise this. To create a custom mission you need an editor(ALLIED?). Skirmish is to perfect your skills against a bunch of AI opponents. Now it is time for me to end my rambling and shut my self down for the rest of the day. *Flicks switch on my back. A whine is heard and I shut down.* ------------------ Save me Geebus! Oh, if you're out there save me Geebus!
Guest ATATwar
Whoops, sorry... didn't see your post about buying X-wing Triology instead. I did get X-wing Alliance though. But I have another question... instead of cockpit mode, is there a way to see from the behind the ship? Like in Rogue Squadron or Battle for Naboo? I'd like to see what the SSD looks like when I'm flying it
Guest Grand_Admiral_Ice
You won't be able to see any of the capital ships. It will only show the engines so you won't see anything. But for the fighters it's the "?" and "/" key. I forgot which key to press to adjust the outside view so you can see it from the front and side by moving the joystick. ------------------ Save me Geebus! Oh, if you're out there save me Geebus! Guest Redwing
If you get XWA: Go to settings, and format joystick buttons (something like that) and you'll get a complete list of which commands are mapped to which keys. ------------------ At last we will reveal ourselves to the Jedi.
