Rogue Squadron 2 - Will it follow the Star Wars timeline to the letter?

If you're a Star Wars fan like me and know almost everything about Rogue Squadron, then you'd know that the game Rogue Squadron DOES NOT follow the Star Wars timeline. There are so many errors in that game! Yeah, yeah I know it's a great game and all, but I can't believe how many errors they had made! Firstly, RS the game says that Rogue Squadron was formed directly after the Battle of Yavin when actually it was formed after the Battle of Hoth!! There are more incidents that I could tell you about... a lot more! But here's what I wanna know.... Will RS2 actually follow the Star Wars timeline, or will it go and drift off into someother reality??!?!??!?! Personally, I wanna see it with the timeline it's supposed to have. I wanna see it the way it's supposed to be!!!... but as I've said before... it's gonna be a million years before Factor 5 or LLC are gonna listen to ppl like me... Hmmmmmmmmmmmm...

In the Star Wars Visual Dictionary, it says that the Battle of Hoth is one of Rogue Squadron's first missions. So, if you call their umpteenth mission a first, fine. But, that particular source also says that battle droids are designed after a dead neimodian, but i've heard that in Episode II there will be events that contradict this...

RS is pretty canon to some other games, however.

Oh yeah... I forgot about LLC's other Star Wars games... Hmmmmmmm but this time I really want to live the missions that we've all seen in the movies.
