Hey I'm a big fan of the music of GundamWing I watched the show only a few times and I dont understand it? not even the new one, so a little help would be nice

ALL of Gundam's lyrical music, same with most anime, is untranslated. Like "Cruel Angel Thesis" for Neon Genesis Evangelion, is NOT, and never will be sung in english. if it is, i will hunt that person down for killing that song.

 

"fly me to the moon", for NGE, (Neon Genesis Evangelion, for the un-initiated) is originally written in english, and has an excuse. some songs for anime are written in english, but most, 99%, are not.

 

That's why it's hard to understand! It's in Japanese!

Thanx craken, I have never watched NGE but I read the comic of it at a book store, its a cool series, but I also dont quite understand the plot to the new GundamWing so a little help there too would be nice

I myself have been too busy with work to watch MSG. Actually, the one airing on CTNWK is the ORIGINAL gundam series from '79.

To keep the series in theme. Like 007 movies, you can't watch it fro 5 mins and not hear a "007 cue". You know, la la la la-la, la la la la-la.

You see Japanese songs sound very strange when converted into English... THAT's why! Plus ppl don't want entirely different music to what the Japs get in their version of an anime...
