Who was in control of the Death Star II at the time of the Rebel attack? 3.Who is head of a trader village in the swamps of Naboo that fell under Trade Federation attack shortly after the start of the invasion?

I know the answers to 2 of those: Chalmund is the owner of the mos eisely cantina. Moff Jerjerrod was in control of the death star II during the rebel attack.

He had fun shutting the turbolift doors in Palpy's face, but Palpy used the Force...another of Kevin Anderson's halfbaked ideas. First thing hes brought back the Death Star, next thing we know he brings it back again, killing Madine in the process (I HATE TRIANDA!) and now IG-88 has control of a superweapon! What next - a scurrier becomes president of the Republic???
