heh i can tell you guys have never even tried for a fast time on Escape from Fest in fact probably havent tried for a fast time AT ALL.

 

on Fest, 5:28 is the fastest possible time no matter what. how many people are going to say "i know i can beat that Fest score" ? lol

 

come on, if you ever even tried Fest for a fast time ONCE then you know its impossible to get faster than 5:28 because you have to wait for the AT-PT's to reach the landing zone. go ahead and try it, you wont be able to get faster than 5:28. just thinking you can beat that score shows your inexperience at the Fast Times and shows really how bad you guys need practice. we've been working on these fast times for months, so its natural that if you're new to fast times, on your first tries you wont even come close to touching our records, but you can at least try.

 

and go ahead and check out that page now. me and ATATwar's scores are now up.

 

and Rogue15, i'm assuming you are Saber. you're super-high score in Corellia? pfft, I just looked at your score for Corellia (for some reason your scores havent been moved from the N64 section yet) and your time was 8:17. that's barely Gold time. my record of 5:45 is like 2.5 minutes faster than your time.

 

and you guys cant possibly insult me unless you have a time that is faster than mine. you can try to insult me but Fast Times speak louder than words.

 

and Wade Vox, if you think you can beat me at BFN then why dont you try competing in some of our BFN fast times and put your money where your mouth is. i suggest you all stop 'talking the talk' until you actually have some times to back that up.

 

BTW there were a couple minor errors on the times posted on the site. for example, my Kile II time in the Falcon is really 1:57, not 2:02.

 

and lastly no you cannot use the AT-ST. that is not programmed into the game, its only possible if you had some sort of patch to the PC version. so yes that is cheating. i already told you guys you can't use any of that PC-only type of stuff.

 

and no, for the last time, you cant use IAMDOLLY no matter what! sheesh! what the cufk is it with you guys and cheating? ya you're really an elite group of players here, LOL. i cant wait til Rogue Leader comes out and you guys are trying to make patch's for the Gamecube that let you use the AT-ST and infinite lives! LOL. why dont you just try mastering the game the way it was intended instead of cheating your way thru it.

 

thats why us at GameFAQs want to challenge you guys for the RS2 fast times. it seems everyone else on community message boards (such as the IGN boards) only care about finding passcodes. when BFN first came out, we tried going to IGN and sparking some interest in Platinum Medals, but they acted like we were crazy and gave us a similar response as most of you have. it seems over at gamefaqs we are the only people who care to be the best and PROVE that we're the best, while everyone else is concerned with stupid secrets and other crap. dont get me wrong, the IGN boards are cool because they found all the passcodes for BFN on the N64. i give them major props for that, but anyone can type in passcode after passcode to see if it works, yet not everyone can find a Platinum Medal, help out other people on the board get Platinum Medals, let alone get fast times.

 

Rogue15 (i think you're Saber) at least you're trying to be competitive and i appreciate that.

 

but seriously, if most of you only knew how stupid you sounded. "i have one thing to say about these fast times CLUSTER SEEKER MISSILES" hahah. what a total joke. we can also see that whoever said that has never even tried for a fast time, let alone even looked at my scores or ATATwar's scores. like I said, they're on the page now, have a look for yourself. but seriously whoever mentioned the Seeker cluster missiles, you're seriously embarrasing yourself and embarrasing all your friends if that is the way everyone on these boards thinks. man like I said, i dont think you should spout out one more word until you have actually tried these for yourself. when you come up like 2 minutes short of our monster times then you'll see who's laughing. and seriously, i advise you to stop trying to make it seem like you guys are better than these fast times before you have even tried them or posted your own times, otherwise you might end up looking foolish in front of your "own people" such as ATATwar, myself and even Saber. i am sure even Saber knows that these times are much harder than just something SEEKER CLUSTER MISSILES could take care of. go ahead and try. i'll still be standing here laughing when you fail. the seeker cluster missiles might help you, keep in mind that I will still have you beat in the Falcon and the A-wing, in levels where your precious V-wing won't be able to help you.

 

later, and for the last time shut the frig up about trying to make yourself sound cool and trying to patronize these fast times or you'll just come out sounding foolish when you can't even come close to beating them later. dont try to downplay our times or patronize them until you have at least POSTED YOUR OWN FRIGGIN SCORES. talk is cheap, put your Fast Times where your mouth is. now thats it, i'm not responding to any other stupid insult patronizing comments in here until I hear them written down right next to one of YOUR OWN times. otherwise i'll still keep checking back to see if anyone else has any questions on how to do the times (we will tell you how to get them too, like for 4:13 on Chandrilla i'm sure none of you can figure that one out). that way if we tell you how to do it maybe you actually have a chance at even coming CLOSE to competing with us or trying to challenge our scores.

by the way Rogue15, just so you know, Search for the Nonnah is already at its minimum time of 3:29, that is why there are 1st place tie's because lots of people have gotten 3:29.

 

now unlike Barkhesh or Fest, it actually MIGHT be possible to get faster than 3:29. but you'll be hard pressed to do it.

1. There is a passcode for the AT-ST in the PC version. My brother and I figured out how to get "super-speed" out of it. But it still barely matches a Y-Wing.

 

2. I apologize for the cluster seekers remark, sense it seems you took it seriously. I think your Falcon claim is dubious but it's true that the A-Wing rules all

 

3: I'm not claiming anything except I've beaten some of the target times you posted. I never did get all golds due to not enough time playing it...but that's another story...

yes thats very true. school is starting. not everyone is in high school though (like me). i probably went overboard with this and even though some of you are starting school it still couldnt hurt to make a couple runs at your favorite game and try to get some times. hey, even if you only make 10th place (which i know you can do better than 10th place since there's only 2 people who have times posted now, so you automaticlaly get 3rd place no matter what), still...you get to see your name posted next to the veterans for all to see it, and this page will remain there forever. it will probably be the intro for the RS2 fast times page as well so you'll forever be remembered in history for whatever time you got.

 

and BTW actually, some of the fastest times possible are done in the Millenium Falcon of all ships. it really depends on the level. and those target times I posted were nothing special. lay your hands onto a couple of my records, both in the Falcon just to show you what the ship is capable of:

yep, it's CHICKEN but it works for pc, and lets u be atst on all level except taloraan and calamari.

 

btw, my new score for Imperial Construction Yards is 1:58. On the n64 tho, 'cause I yelled very loudly when i crashed into the canyon trying to make that shortcut on pc version and my mom made me get off. gotta love a backup plan!

BTW, I hit the target time for Barkhesh my first time through. I don't think the supply vehicles will go any faster though. I flew around for at least a minute waiting for the idiots after destroying all enemies on the level with the A-Wing.

ok, first of all.

 

2:06 is a good time, but its nowhere near the records. and why would you use the N64 version? just remember that depending on the version you use, your times will end up in a different section.

 

for example, the record for the N64 version in Construction Yards is 1:49. however the record in Construction Yards on the PC version is 1:46.

 

like I said, you will be harder pressed to beat these records than you think. i tried telling you guys, you wont even come close in your first couple tries because we've been doing this for months. and we've been narrowing down these times second-by-second, or 5 seconds by 5 seconds.

 

to be honest, I dont even think we would have the times as low as they are now if it werent for teh way we were competing. mainly, ATATwar would get a record, then i'd beat his record by 10 seconds, then he'd beat mine by 10 seconds, then i'd beat his by 5 seconds, then he'd beat mine by 5 seconds, and so on and so on and this has gone on since like April. so you can see why the times are so narrowed down now.

 

and BTW...Rogue15, and Redwing, are you guys the same person, 2 different people or what? or are you just talking with each other over Aol instant messenger or something? well I have both Aol instant messenger and MSN messenger if you want to chat or ask for some tips on how to get the times.

 

and yes, about Barkhesh. 5:19 is the fastest possible time any one knows of. same with Fest which is 5:28. in both cases, you have to wait for either a convoy to reach the end, or for your AT-PT's to reach the end and there is no way known to make it go faster. so basically everyone will have a 1st place-tie in those levels.

so just a follow-up, make SURE that when you email Zyos471 with your times that you say WHICH VERSION YOU USED. some of you only have the PC version but still make sure you say so, because Zyos could not know which version you used unless you tell him.

 

and Rogue15 i'd say you stick with the PC version if you have it. you can submit times for both the N64 and PC versions (like myself) but it seems that in most cases, the PC times are always faster. plus like I said, the PC page is very empty. so try to get your high scores on the PC version or if you use both versions, then just make sure to tell Zyos which times were on the N64 and which on the PC.

I think there should be a fast times page for each SHIP. that way players could compete to see say, who flies the speeder faster, etc. just a suggestion. and i used the n64 version 'cause it was storming outside. i always use that version as a backup, like when i get grounded from cpu, it storms, stuff like that.

i know you PC guys are famous for your patches that let you have double the amount of missiles or use regular ships on speeder levels. none of that crap, this is the honor system so be honorable.

 

and dont use any regular cheats either, like infinite lives or none of that crap. the N-1 is ok but just remember to say you used the N-1 because the Naboo Starfighter N1 has its own seperate section.

 

Hey! WE DO NOT USE THOSE FOR CHEATING! Roguearm lets u fly around FOREVER (since u can't complete your mission objectives) in the speeder levels. Nothing wrong w/that, is there?

 

that infinite live cheat i was ONLY suggesting for using w/the ATST, 'cause w/the at-st, if u die, you get a freakin mission failure screen, and it's extremely irritating having to keep going back to the main menu, when the joystick makes the cursor jump all over the place.

 

There's no double missile code! That was w/Rogue Edit, it doesn't double your missiles though, it simply lets u change the technology level of them, don't u ever get sick of seeker missiles for ground targets when u need to hit them w/3 missiles?

Rogue15 or Saber whoever you are, i kinda agree.

 

a long time ago we thought of doing something like what you just said. because in the Battle for Naboo fast times, we had something called "speed challenges". in other words, for the main Fast Times, obviously the Fastest Time (no matter what ship) always takes precedence.

 

but then we had a "speed challenges" section in case you wanted to say, get a fast time on a level using one of the slower ships (like trying to get a fast time on level 4 Smuggler Alliance using the slow Heavy STAP).

 

I suggested that for the Rogue Squadron fast times, that you could have a TIE fighter section and a Snowspeeder section and a Y-wing section etc, but there were 2 main problems. first I dont think Zyos has enough time and energy to do something quite that chaotic, but his main reason was that there wasnt enough support. the example I gave was with the TIE Interceptor (cuz i really love using the TIE Interceptor), so he said that he would make a seperate section for the TIE Interceptor only if he had like at least 3 people submitting times in the TIE. so since I was the only one really interested in doing stuff like that, nothing ever really came of it.

 

but for sure during the RS2 fast times, we will definitely have a different section for each ship, just for maximum flexibility. of course we will still have a main Fast Times section where the Fastest Time in any ship always takes precedence.

oh and dude, I didnt mean to make it sound like that. like I said, i was just giving my posts that "extra edge" to try to get you guys a little pissed off and have your blood boiling so maybe you'd actually want to beat us.

i didnt really mean that stuff and no, none of that stuff you mentioned is bad. that RogueArm thing that lets you fly around aimlessly sounds kinda cool, but would not be appropriate for any fast times, and besides I dont really think you could get any Fast Times in the AT-ST anyway, even if you DID use IAMDOLLY. but you cant use IAMDOLLY because the only accepted cheat is the Naboo Starfighter.

 

oh, and my AIM screenname is snooooozer, yes that's snooooozer with 5 o's. i have a high speed connection so my internet is on all the time, even when i'm not right at the computer. however feel free to IM me anytime and ask for some tips on any of those fast times or whatnot.
