I have given the loot to the inspector guy....but when I give him the screw, he tells me that I have to come back with the nose. From what I've heard, the screw should be enough to get the anklet off of Guybrush. If someone can tell me what to do, or give me a hint, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
