Are there other secret missions apart from Wookie scenario 1?

For example, I have found Obi Wan, Jar Jar and Qui Gon on Trade Federation scenario 2 and Luke, Yoda and R2D2 in a Dagobah like

setting on Gungun 3 but doing a simonsays gives me control but nowhere to go.

 

Also, I sometimes find a couple of units completely covered by trees (ie not able to move at all) - what gives, some hidden meaning or just plain nonsense?

they are probably just units put there to have the computer surive no matter what, untill your missions are accomplished.

or prob just some errors, i didnt find any units in the trees

I've heard that Mara Jade is on the map during each Empire mission.
