Kid Posted January 15, 2002 Share Posted January 15, 2002 Ok, heres the problem. Numerous websites I go to display the "cannot be displayed" and it takes repeated refreshings just to get the site up. (Sometimes they do work right away) If I finally get the site up, andy kind of pictures or banners are blank and display the red X in the corner, so all I see is the backround and text. This is really makin me mad because I have usually been able to fix any kind of problems I've had but this has me stumped and I can't find a solution anywhere. Help! P.S. E-mail works fine thought there may be a problem with the version, as it states it as being 6.0, when Im bot sure if this is right Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Go to Control panel - Internet and select Remove cookies and Remove files. You have to login afterwards to Monkey Island Forums because that cookie was also removed! I don't know if 2.) helps but it's worth a try. 3. Click on Help in the menu and select "About Internet Explorer". You can now find what version you have.
