Father Ruckus
ok after a recent FPS botched its own release in the multi aspect...Medal of Honor...by not releasing an ingame server browser it made me worry about JK2. After reading FAQ i could not find if it had one. So does anyone know? if it does, good, if not....Gamespy is a piss poor substitute, as is any third party software used to connect to servers. TUS_Tomcat
relax, it has one... btw MOHAA also has one, added in the patch!
Father Ruckus
Yeah, but the MOHAA one is not even worth mentioning(not to mention a bad netcode). Its pretty crappy. wish Game designers would copy the server browser from Tribes or UT. easy to use and gives you all the info on a serevr you'd want. But thanks for responding tomcat
Qel
Here it is.... 4.01 What kind of multiplayer server options will Jedi Outcast have? Jedi Outcast players will be able to use the standard Quake III-type in-game browser to find games online, start their own servers for online play, and create private servers to play with friends/clans, etc. We are still in the development process and are investigating all server options. It's quite possible that additional gaming services, including the Zone, will be supported. Qel
