Ready to Buy Video Card.... last questions

I am about to buy the Visiontek Geforce3 ti200 from Best Buy:

http://www.bestbuy.com/Detail.asp?m=1581&cat=1588&scat=&e=11091016

First let me say thanks to everyone here for all their help before. Now, does anyone own this card, and what kind of performance do you get out of it? I have a P3 550 mhz w/640 mb SDRAM so hopefully I can get decent performance. Now the more important thing I need to know is.... does this model of the card come with a built in heat sync and fan so I can overclock it? I know the PNY Verto version does, but I can't find that one as cheap. Also any last minute comments anyone has before I shell out 140 bucks would be nice. (that has a 30 dollar rebate in case you didnt notice)

Thanks all.

Nvidia has the fastest video card and I personally just bought a GF4 Ti 4400 but you don't have to have that in order for you to play JKO. Please look at the Ati Radeon 8500. You can purchase it through http://www.pricewatch.com for $138 and I promise you that it has much more power than a GF Ti200 and it's cheaper to boot! Look at the specs of the Radeon 8500 here: http://www.ati.com/products/pc/radeon8500/index.html

Now look at just one review of the Radeon 8500 compared to the GF3 (it even outperforms a GF3 Ti500, not to say what it can do to a GF3 Ti 200) http://www.anandtech.com/showdoc.html?i=1558&p=1

If you can afford a GF4 I would not go lower than a 4200 but I would stay away from the GFMX line! If your going that route....get a Radeon 8500 (64 meg or 128..64 is cheaper of course). There are many other reviews between the two and I currently have a GF3 (the first incarnation of the GF3 cards) and the Radeon will decisively beat mine not to mention the GF3 Ti500 so the smart thing to do would be to get the Radeon 8500 and it's faster and cheaper than all the GF3 based cards out!

I've done lots of research, everything I've read points to the GF3 ti200 as the most price effective card out there. Plus, I just don't know about the types of features ATI supports, Nvidia seems to be more on top of things in that department as well, clock speed isn't everything you know.

I was not talking clock speed....I was talking frames per second. I can guarantee you that the Radeon 8500 will produce more fps than a GF3 Ti200 or GF4 MX cards! Look at the benchmarks...they speak for themselves!!

I did look at them, but let me say this as well.... does ATI not have driver issues? I would say yes. nVidia is much more reliable in my experience, and from what I've read. They stay on top of things constantly, and in the gamming community in general I can honestly say that the nVidia chipsets have been much more accepted.

Yes that’s right they have had some driver issues but from what people have been saying and ATI those issues have been corrected. ATI actually sent out doctored drivers when the Radeon 8500 was first released and that was a questionable thing to do but since then, they seem solid from what others have voiced anyway. Oh yeah....I would say that Nvidia has the better chipset now and that's why I bought a GF4 4400. The ATI R300 is supposed to be a GF4 killer, we'll see. If ATI can manufacture a reliable and a faster card than Nvidia can then I think they will begin to overtake Nvidia, much like AMD is beginning to do with Intel
