Will the X-Wings int the game be able to lock their s-foils in attack-possition, cause I haven't seen anything like that on the screenshots?

Also, will there be any B-Wings, and in that case will they be able to switch attack-mode on and off:confused:

I have heard that B-wings will not be included due to them being space units not atmospheric. Also the X-wing may or may not lock into attack position, but I have this feeling that they will be frozen in a permantant position.

If the wings are stuck closed together then im going to be way ticked off!!! It will look REALLY stupid for them to be shooting without them being in attack position.

I believe that this will be the case: X-wings will be able to be in 4 positions. Attack, Attack but only follow so far, Attack if provoked, and Don't attack. In the don't attack and maybe in the attack if provoked positions i believe that the S-foils will be closed and in the other two they will be open. How do I know that there are four positions? It was like that in AoK and see the screen below. Also the Ddroids provide another example of have a converting unit will work (in this case rolled up or not). :D

I don't know if the s-foils will open and close. It seems like a very insignificant feature, just always have their s-foils open.

well, yes i think that matter is rather insignificant to the game, it's only cute artsy stuff now if you're gonna talk about that. however, i'm pretty sure gaber and co. assumed fans like us would be around so they probably dealt with that when xwings are resting/hovering in a non-attack stance.
