RedHerring
In giga4 anyways Jump, Push, Pull, Speed, Seeing, Absorbtion, Healing, Protection, mind trick, Sword attack, sword defense, sword throw Where the other dark powers are, I don't know. Maybe the server config only allowed light powers, or its that game mode where 1 side is light and the other, dark. You can set up to a value of 3 for each one. In Giga4, the max was 16 (or more). I think its interesting that you can set a value for saber defense/attack. Also, can you switch force powers during a game? Because that could be good and bad: Good: A newbie and quickly learn the powers. Bad: If you see a huge fight, you can alot 3 points to lightning and zap everyone. Furious Fish
i doubt you can change force powers midgame, it would kinda spoil the point
TUS_Tomcat
Redherring, i think in the bottom left of that selection screen it says something like: Macht Seite: Helle which means Force Side: Light So he was seeing the powers and profiles for light side
RedHerring
Ah, makes sense. I don't know any German save for teh few phrases in RtCW so I had to translate the force powers. I didn't see a team-heal, did you?
TUS_Tomcat
Nope dont see it... maybe it's not a team game
Wraith Nine
One other thing: If you look closely at Giga 4 you'll notice that skills have different point costs. Also the higher the force level the more expensive it is. (Absorption lvl1-3 for example is 1 3 6, while force shield is 2 4 6 and Mind Trick 4 6 8). TUS_Tomcat
saw that too... Those profiles look interesting If you like to be a real defending saberist, pick defender Or if you're a swordgfighting type you also got that or healer, or just, Knight
RedHerring
Yeah, that's no good, taht extra points for different levels thing...I thought lvls. 1,2,3 would have points going 1,2,3. Especially since the light side powers are completely different, its sorta goofy
RedHerring
Also, can anyone try and make out the Points in each circle? The only ones i can make out are 6s. Please!
Fin
As far as I can see, the cost for each lvl is different for most of the force powers. Force jump : 0,2,4 push : 1,3,6 pull : 1,3,6 speed : 2,4,6 sight : 2,5,8 absorb : 3,5,6 healing : 2,4,6 shield : 2,5,6 mind trick : 4,6,8 saber offense : 1,5,8 saber defense : 1,5,8 saber throw : 4,6,
RedHerring
Cool, thx But i don't think force jump is 0 for level 1....even though it looks like it.
