Where to get the password in the garbage level?

Where is Lando with the password? I cant find him.

Look for a vent in the area which takes you to the top level

go into it, look down and shoot out the crate thats there

do you mean where I have to jump from crate to crate?

Kind of.

 

After you pull the carts out of the way, follow that path for a bit. You come to a point where you're overlooking a room on the right. Just past that, there's a vent. Shoot the vent, hop in. It seems pretty pointless, just a deadend, but from there you can shoot at an explosive box down below. This will open up a path.
