Does anybody know how to take screenshots?

Not sure about an actual key assigned in game. But you can get other software to do screen shots. Hypersnap works really well, and a lot of people use Snagit, too.

 

Hypersnap is free, it just puts a "this snapshot take by hypersnap" in the upper left hand corner of screenshots until you buy it.
