i turned the electricity off... ican get in the water now without dying, but i cant figure out what to do next.

doors don't open and i cant jump up to the second tier.

i must be tired, i usually don't get stuck like this

If you try you'll barely be able to make the jump up to the next level.

Also (this took me a very, very long time to figure out) you can force pull the bridge out over the water. This makes jumping to the next level a lot easier. Before that I was trying to jump from the pipes to the ledge, and from the ramp to the ledge (no luck w/ either )

Don't use the door, jump up to the next level. Kill the baddie and press the buttin. If you look down you will the see some yellow struts. Jump onto the first one. You're on your own from there
