Brownie Posted March 29, 2002 Share Posted March 29, 2002 In the orginal JK & MOTS, you were prompted for your player's name when you started a new game. This was useful for two players playing on the same PC because Save Games and Keyboard/Mouse setups were all kept separate for the two (or more) users. Unless I'm missing something really obvious, this feature has not been implemented in JK2. So now, myself and the other user are having to take care about whose save game belongs to who, and are also overwriting each other's keyboard settings. It's a royal pain in the backside. Is there a way around this that I've missed? I'm using XP, and I thought the game might take advantage of XP's improved multi-user switching features, but it doesn't. In fact, that's the first really valid, factual complaint I've heard by anyone on this board. Unfortunately I don't have the answer to that, but hopefully one of the Raven guys does.
