lan only dedicated server still announcing to the internet?

I keep starting what I believe should be a lan only server, and getting people joining from the outside...is this a bug? Or am I doing something incorrectly?

 

I'm starting from within the game, and selecting "lan" from the dedicated server option menu.

I'm starting to think that this thing has a lot of problems. Well, it'll be a while before it's truly functional, I guess, given the way the industry works.

In that case...does anyone know if there's a config option to bind to a specific IP? I could bind it to an internal address to prevent outsiders from joining if that's possible.
