savegame weirdness?

Anyone else noticing anything weird with savegames? I think it has to do with deleteing games. I keep a lot of savegames around so every once and awhile I go and delete a few that I am not using. I have noticed that the delete appears to work but it causes weirdness with the other save games. I delete a game and I will notice that another savegame in the list will be at a different position than it was before. I think they must be keeping an internal list of savegame names and when you delete a game it sometimes messes up the list so it doesn't actually point to the right savegame file.
